Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients
Popcorn kernels (quantity indicated for WOW Pop)
Brown sugar
Honey
Butter
Baking soda

Preparation Method
Preparing the popcorn
Measure and place the popcorn kernels into the WOW Pop – Popoca Maker, without adding any other ingredients.
Place the lid in the open position, aligning the ventilated part of the base with the holes in the lid.
Microwave for 3 minutes at 1000W.
Listen carefully for the pops.
When the interval between pops is about 2 seconds, stop the microwave. (Timing may vary depending on the appliance.)
Once ready, keep the lid in the open position and shake to separate any unpopped kernels.
Set aside the popcorn in a bowl.
Preparing the caramel
In the empty WOW Pop, add the brown sugar, honey, and butter.
Microwave without the lid for 1 minute at 600W.
Carefully (using silicone gloves), stir with a spatula and microwave again for 50–60 seconds at 600W, until the mixture turns a golden/brownish colour.
Add the baking soda and stir carefully.
Coating the popcorn
Add the popcorn to the caramel and mix well, being careful to avoid splashes.
Microwave without the lid for 30 seconds at 600W.
Stir again before serving.
⚠️ Warning: the caramel gets very hot. Handle with care to avoid burns.

Now just let it cool slightly… and enjoy!
