Wise Tupp - Comércio de Produtos, Lda accepts product returns within 30 days.

days after receipt of the order, in accordance with the right of free resolution provided for in

Portuguese legislation.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact us in writing at the email address provided, indicating the order number and the products to be returned.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use, in their original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.

Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error or defective product.

After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund within a maximum period of 30 days.
