2. Object

These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the Wise Tupp online store, as well as the conditions for purchasing the Tupperware products available.

3. Products and Prices

All prices include VAT at the current legal rate. Wise Tupp reserves the right to change prices and terms of sale without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Orders

The order will only be considered valid after payment confirmation. Wise Tupp reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of inventory, pricing, or customer data errors.

5. Payment

Available payment methods include: Credit Card, MB Way, Multibanco Reference, and Klarna. Payments are processed through secure platforms.

6. Deliveries

Deliveries are made within Portugal (mainland Portugal and the islands). The estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of purchase.

7. Right to Free Resolution

The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 30 days of receiving the order, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us in writing at the email address provided.

8. Warranty and Complaints

Tupperware products are guaranteed by law. In the event of a defect, the customer must contact Wise Tupp with a description of the problem and proof of purchase.

9. Responsibility

Wise Tupp is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of products. The online store may contain links to third-party websites, for which we are not responsible.

10. Data Protection

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The customer has the right to access, rectify, or delete their data.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be the district where the company is headquartered.
